   不貴五六百,非賣家只是買來有效分享,

 

 


訓練方式:1.手掌往前轉  2.訓練器轉另一邊,手掌往後轉

訓練時手臂角度,可以平舉到下放,以自己承受的了即可,重量啞鈴片可以增減。

 

前臂有分兩大部分,方向勿搞錯,可以每天練,前臂訓練很快,
但姿勢一錯就要停,等不痛再練,健身是一輩子,

不是一兩個月,不用急,安全無傷最重要。

訓練手臂前段還有別的方法,可以多參考比較。

 

106.09.28 發現加重,手垂下放直,手腕自然轉的不多更吃力,結果前臂比以前會有訓練到,會酸腫脹感。

9.21 今天手不會痛了,試了增加重量,手腕轉比原本少2/3,速度慢2/3,好多了

9.17 手腕痛傷了兩次(不知道是不是因這器材),建議使用這器材時,手腕盡量別彎太多,保持中立。
